Genesis 1:26: And god said, Let
us make man in
our image, after
our likenes: and let them have domination over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
Genesis 3:22: And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become one of
us, to know good and evil: and now, least he put forth his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever.
so who does "us" and "our" refer to? was He talking to himself? Jesus wasn't made yet. He couldnt be talking to his spirit cause anyway they are ONE.
anyway, the tree of good and evil was put in the middle of Eden. He said that they could eat of any tree but of that tree. Why would he put it there to tempt them? Its like a father telling his 5 year old son not to take the ice-cream on the table!
he said Gen 3:14: And the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field;
upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life
according to its description, the serpent is just like the snake. and if it wasn't crawling before, it must have been walking, flying or swimming. imagine the snake with legs and/ or wings. Isn;t that a dragon already?
Gen 4:8: And cain talked to abel, and they came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.
qn: What did they talk about? Why "rose up"? That means he was on the ground and then rose up to attack Abel. Did Abel attack him first?
